Soccer players make *excellent* ultimate players. You just have to make sure to work on his throws with him while he develops his aerobic base and field sense on the soccer field.
Plus, you have to become a soccer official.
Just work on the breakmark bandhand early on and then he too will have his likeness printed on the back of league shirts! Congrats on the boy btw.
